Two British born Nigerians Princess Elizabeth Bright and Ramota Lawal aka Tele both aged 22 years old have been elected as one Councillors in UK. Princess Elizabeth Bright is said to be one of the youngest Councillors in UK, representing Eastbrook ward in Dagenham while Ramota Lawal represents the London Borough of Havering council, representing residents in Heaton Ward, Harold Hill.
Bright’s mother, Councillor Afolasade Bright from the Borough of Barking and Dagenham Council was also re-elected. She is also a former speaker/civic mayor London borough of Hackney. Reacting to her win, Princess Elizabeth Bright said;

We have worked so hard in this election, with one of the most target wards, but All the hard work, commitment and tears have finally paid off.
